Shower head is great, electrical components lacking...,
This review is from: Ouku Stainless Steel Rainfall Shower Head 12 Inch Bathroom Square LED Shower Head Fixed Wall Mount Shower Head Without Shower Arm Thin Big Lavatory Shower Head Ceiling MountPurchased the 12" square brushed stainless steel LITB LED rainfall shower head for use in our newly remodeled bathroom (for $109) ... The shower head fit perfectly, and operated great... For the first five days. One of the red LEDs stopped working on day five, and then on day six the turbine (which generates the power for the LEDs) started screaming, and then stopped after about 15. We don't have hard water, so there hasn't been a buildup of material. A few days later, another LED failed, and the turbine continually whines. So, I looked for a replacement shower head before returning this one... All were sold out within the same price range, and similar 12" non-LED shower heads were $60 more. So, I removed the led and turbine from the shower head, and we've been happy since!
The shower head works fine with normal water flow, ours is at about seven and a half feet feet high, so the gravity acceleration of the water flow feels like much more is actually coming out. It's... Read more

Not bad. You may have to disassemble and gut the insides one day.,
This review is from: LightInTheBox 20 Inch Wall Mount Square Rainfall LED Shower Head, Stainless SteelOverall, not bad but I expect it to fail one day. The picture doesn't show it, but there will be 1 more tube visible, that is the water supply line. Fittings and supply line are not provided. There are 2 inlets on top. You'll have to figure out how to tee those and hook up a supply line. Make sure make this as low profile as possible or you'll be able to see the unsightly fittings, pipes and tee. I used plastic fittings, tee and vinyl hose because this was the lowest profile install I could figure out. For the visible supply line, I used stainless steel braided hose.
After 3 months, it's starting to make noise from the internal generator that runs the lights and half the lights intermittently fail because of that.
Lights go from blue (cold), green (warm), red (hot), blinking red (very hot). They're not accurate, though. At warm, mine blinks red. Sometimes, half the shower head shows green and the other half shows red. Due to the intermittent noise and... Read more

Debris found inside unit causes generator turbine to spin slowly or not at all. Otherwise, this is a very good unit.,
This review is from: Ouku Stainless Steel Rainfall Shower Head 12 Inch Bathroom Square LED Shower Head Fixed Wall Mount Shower Head Without Shower Arm Thin Big Lavatory Shower Head Ceiling MountI read the reviews and chose this product over all of the other options 100% based on the reviews. It was packaged very nicely and arrived in great shape. It was simple to install and worked immediately upon turning the water on. After the water became hot enough to make the lights flash red, I shut it off and left it for a few hours.
A few hours later I turned the water on to show it off to a friend and only one color worked! :-( I removed it from the shower head and noticed the filter screen and rubber gasket had dislodged a bit from their intended location. I gently pulled them out of the shower head pipe and noticed a paper thin, circular piece of rubber (3/4" in diameter) was sitting just inside of where the screen had been. It appeared to be sitting on the generator turbine that powered the LEDs. I carefully removed it, since it appeared to be completely out of place, screwed the shower head back in and it worked!
If you find that your shower... Read more
